How long does shipping take?+
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours. Eligible orders currently receive free express shipping, with delivery estimated at approximately 3 business days after shipment. Carrier delays can still occur.
Can I return an order?+
Eligible unopened and unused products may be requested for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Hygiene-sensitive opened or used products are generally final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
